A few new

Getting back to the studio has been a healthy and extremely productive benefit for my ideas and output. I love my studio. It’s mine. My fortress of solitude. I throw paint, make music, fly drones, laugh out loud alone, cry. Work gets done and that’s what helps me be on point.

When I would paint in houses or apartments, there was always some distraction, literally I would get frustrated with whoever for pulling me away right at the moment I needed to not be, well, not pulled away. I get it because this art thing is not something easily understood by anyone other than those who rely on arts challenges and escape. Normal “The Bachelor” watching people couldn’t understand unless pulled away from that shame of a shit show. Yes, I would watch it with people too. I’m guilty but I loathe that shit.

Anyway…. any serious person trying to be creative I suggest finding a place to do said creative work that puts you in a room alone with goals. Face yourself, be honest about your ability. Progress.

skateboarding, that’s what it reminds me of. I am what “people” call a loser. Totally unmotivated and reliant on others. That’s true, in the world they operate in. False in the world in which I’m a happy person and super driven. So fuck that camp. A lot of relationships have suffered due to this. That and control. People? Tangent

Art has been my most loyal love and hopefully this shoulder pain goes away.

Hope everyone is well and hit me up if interested in getting on a mailing list spotlighting new work.
